TERMA SND CONDITIONS FOR B2B TRAVEL AGENTS

Thaiarrival warmly welcome you to the booking website specially made for travel agents, please check and understand following points before start the booking with us so we can smoothly operate while your customers arrive at the destination and provide them best service possible.

Any quote that has been generates are subject to change without any further notice as we are also depended upon our providers changing rates according to their circumstances in unpredictable travel industry.

Rates of the hotels, activities, transfers and meals are subject to group size which is in the quote and any increase or decrease in total members including children, infants may effect the payable amount and has to be paid upon start of the service only.

Any service booked extra has to be paid well in advance before it starts by your customer if not paid earlier by agency or else service will be cancelled with cancellation charge to be bared by customers only at the destination.

Cancellation policy needs to be followed as mentioned in cancellation policy section, please check and mention your cancellation policy along with THAIARRIVAL cancellation policy for future understanding in case of cancellation.

Any service or booking will be automatically go for 100% cancellation on and after 7 days of booking.

Any service which is not utilised will not be replaced or replicate any time in future, once missed by customers will have to book again for the same.

Any extra charges to the hotel, activities, transfers or meal caused or consumed by travellers will have to be paid by them at the spot and Thaiarrival will not take any responsibility of any of it.

Any legal, security or local issues other than tourism service with travellers will NOT be a responsibility of THAIARRIVAL as we are there for tourism related service only.

Please check all travel documents before confirmation of booking as once paid cancellation policy will be levied as per policy.

Any hotel deposit or any other deposit at activities will be bared by Travellers only.

Thaiarrival booking voucher is guarantee of service or accommodation as local circumstances, weather or any other reasons can be there to change booking to other options with same category and if Travellers are not happy with alternative than they can upgrade with paying extra on top hence we will provide alternatives NOT refund once booked.

Term mentioned "At your service 24/7" means we will be available on call for any guidance to Travellers at Thailand after our service starts or upon arrival which can change upon availability of staff at the time of call.

Time and date of the itinerary mentioned can be changed by THAIARRIVAL any time as per availability

In case of non-utilised service or hotel stay booking due to any circumstances can not be refunded and Traveler has to clear all dues at the destination, once left THAIARRIVAL will not entertain any claims of refund.

Other Terms and Conditions

The Users availing services from THAIARRIVAL shall be considered and reckoned to have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions. Liabilities of B2B Hopsitality shall be restricted to the scope of this agreement.

The User agrees that use of the services is at their sole risk to the extent that THAIARRIVAL acts only as a booking agent on behalf of third party service providers, and therefore, all services provided, shall be subject to "as is" and "as available" basis and shall be governed by the terms and conditions under which these services are provided by service providers. Further, THAIARRIVAL shall not have any liability whatsoever for any aspect of the standards of services provided by the service providers.

The user agrees that there can be "Force Majeure" circumstances accruing out of acts of God, fire, weather, labour unrest, insolvency, operational and technical issues, etc resulting in the service providers such as airlines, hotels, transportation providers etc being not able to honour confirmed bookings. In such an event THAIARRIVAL shall not be responsible and shall have the right to change a schedule, booking itinerary in the interest of safety, comfort and general well being of the user.

B2B Hospitality, hereby, disclaims any implied warranties imputed by the laws of any jurisdiction or country and considers itself subject to the jurisdiction only of the courts of NCR of Delhi, India.
